Mostly rumor. You will be out of it and not saying very much if anything at all. Perhaps you are thinking of sodium pentothal (truth serum) that was used to question people. Concur with Grandpa, you are unlikely to say much of anything. Most practicing dentists have a story or two from the old days, but these days the amount of sedation is so carefully calibrated to the patient that incidents are few and far between.
I suppose if you were really worried about it you could ask your dentist about it well in advance of the procedure. He or she would probably reassure you that it doesn't really happen. Then, if you were really really worried about it you could ask them to not talk about anything you might say. Most dentists and technicians would probably agree to an informal doctor/patient confidentiality agreement.

Is it true that Olive oil is good for your skin?
Is it true that Olive oil is good for your skin? I mean, washing your face with it? not directly of course, but in Greece for example, they sll Olive oil soap bars and I heard from many people that it is good for your skin...if that's true, then why? what can you benefit from it?

Olive oil is an antibiotic and antifungal. It can be alone used to treat thrush on nipple of breastfeeding moms to treat the infection and moisturize the skin. This is why it is used on soaps. All soap is made of fats and a chemical called Lye. In Greece the oil of the olive fruit is plentiful and so they use this to make their soaps. Well, im not sure what exactly it does, but i think it works as a moistureizer for your skin. Olive oil in lots of stuff but i dont think u should wash ur self in oil..

I have heard 2 different people saying this, that light skin people from Barbados think they are superior than darker skin people.
I just want to find out if this is true.

Yes, it might happen but it is more subtle. Sometimes not necessarily by the lighter-skinned people (although it might happen) but your same black brother/sister. it happens like Geo mentioned. For example when going into expensive establishments like our famous stores you will find that some (not all) the shop-assistants will ask the visitor (white) before they will ask the black one.
They may also offer to assist the visitor as they believe that he/she will buy as oppose to someone who they think will only be looking. The blacker and dirtier you are will be worse because you will be tend to be looked down on more.
The first thing that someone black will call another black brother is 'black'. They will say 'go from round me yah black ......'. I guess it is just cultural but nothing serious.

From the time Barbados gained independance from slavery in 1832 and before there was racism and it did not end there...there is racism here in Barbados as well.
The notion that lighter skin people look down on blacks is not a secrect in our society but I must say that all arent the same, and mind you there are also blacks who look down on light skin people...beliee it or not it is true.
Have you ever heard about the eckey beckies?(dont know if i spelt that right). They are poor whites who mostly live in St.John. These poor whites are sometimes classed as people wjho are in the lower class of society...but they are white arent they?
Basically yes thee is racism here but also everywhere and sometimes you would never know if a white person looks down on you because they may not show it.

Its not a Barbados thing. I have seen the same thing happen in Trinidad. Its even weirder in Trinidad where in addition to the Afro-Trinidadian population there are also significant populations of Chinese, Syrian, Caucasian and Indian peoples and of course there are all the mixtures. People tend to get treated better depending on the lightness of skin color. Therefore you may see the often hilarious situation where a light colored indian person is being treated preferentially but is promptly dumped when an even lighter colored Caucasian steps into the picture. LOL.

Lighter skin ppl *white* still get the preference here though.
Example - My Ex girlfriend and I went to buy a burger from a certain burger person in town *that just sounds funny* Anyways, she lagged back and i walked up and stood there to keep the line. Boy was that pointless, She was about 10 seconds behind me and even though the women saw I there first she said ';Yes darling how can i help you?'; *to my g/f* So of course now i'm getting a bit annoyed so i said ';Can i have a burger plz?'; woman ignore me....now lace made the order for both of us and i calmly and patiently waited till she was finish and simply said ';You can keep your f***king burger we don't want it';
Another example - If two people get in an argument and one is light skin and other person has darker skin....the light skin person gonna curse the darker person and mention how black he/she is.
