And I heard there is many bins in all over the city. Is it true too?Is it true that you are arrested when throw away things on the street?

Sure, there are a lot bins in singapore. But there wont be any in a Mrt Station - to prevent terrorist attack -.


Just remember to throw the rubbish in the bin or keep it in the pocket.

I read something about that too, you can be fined I think but it only happens if you get caught which is not a sure thing. Better to be safe than sorry though! I may be visiting in December and I will definitely put rubbish in my pocket or in a bin.

You won't be arrested for littering. You will be warned or fined over littering though, if being spotted.
