Can a true leader be equal to the one that leads humanity towards wickedness and eventually towards hell?

Can there be an equality between a follower of the Holy Prophet (s) and his sworn enemy?

And it crumbles to pieces with him, into the fire of Hell. And Allah guides not people that do wrong.
