Is it true that there actually IS a cure for AIDS, the government just wont allow it?

I read somewhere that an AIDS patient in Germany (I think) was cured of the disease, new medicine emerged that can actually eliminate it but the goverment will not release it since it will make pharmacies that make the HIV meds lose billions of dollars. Is this true? If so, my god the government if ****** up!Is it true that there actually IS a cure for AIDS, the government just wont allow it?
There is no cure- this rumour goes around constantly for all sorts of things. You may be referring to a patient who (I only did a bit of research on this a few weeks ago) essentially had all his blood replaced and some other treatment on, I think, his bone marrow. This was for some other disease. It *appears* - coincidentally, because this was not an HIV treatment - that he is now HIV-free. (Bearing in mind this was all stuff on the Internet) However, it's not been that long since this treatment, the treatment is very risky with either a 50-50 or 25 to 75 chance of surviving the treatment. And it happened - if he is, in fact, 'cured';, as a fluke.





There is still no cure for HIV, including ';blood electrification'; (Bob Beck) or any other snake oil being sold to a fearful population. And by the time anyone has AIDS, with all its diseases, it's too late for anyone's immune system to fight back.

If there was a potential cure for HIV/AIDs, the company who designed it would be pushing it greatly. It would be a bonanza for them in both financial and PR ways. Some of the HIV drugs are used for other viral diseases.





HIV/AIDS meds are a relatively small piece of the pie. I've never dispensed an HIV/AIDS med. There are only a million people in the U.S. with that disease. They are researched so much because the federal government has incentives for it.
idk that question is still a mystery to me. In my history class we've talked about how AIDS and HIV wiped out so many populations and theres some Biochem majors in my class sayin that there are cures and better treatments for aids but the government doesn't want to reveal because research teams, doctors, and pharmacists will loose billions of dollars...and u know how the government is all about money anyway..same thing wit cancer..they think there are treatments for cancers besides the chemo and meds...which in a way is worse than not goin thru those treatments





The students in my class mentioned even if there is a cure..they'll make it nearly impossible to afford...

You seem to know so much about this Bob Beck guy...why dont you tell us how quantum electrodynamics works, because Im sure Bob Beck more than understood magnetism, electricity and its effect on living cells, considering he worked for the government and was a top scientist in the field.
It is still unknown if there is a cure for AIDS there have been myths that they found a cure but most of them are fake. If the government did have a cure yeah the government is ****** up.
