I heard that as the registered owner of a vehicle that had been impounded, and has a 30 day hold on it, that the registered owner has a right to a storage hearing to determine the validity of, or consider any mitigating circumstances attendant to, the storage.Is it true that I can get my car out of a police impound before the 30 day hold, if I was not the driver?
