Is it true that Obama is trying to pass a law or something to put a limit on how many kids someone can have?

My friend told me that Obama is trying to pass something that will only allow people to have 2 kids! Is this true? If not, do u know what she could of been talking about?Is it true that Obama is trying to pass a law or something to put a limit on how many kids someone can have?
Your friend is ill informed and probably listens to smear radio, or simply believes everything that they hear as gospel.





I'm a transplanted American living in China and such a law was badly needed. With 1.3 billion people (I think it is closer to 1.5 billion) and families that were 5 to 10 children, they had no choice, because it they hadn't, the population would be at 1.7 billion.





In the USA, our population growth is only slightly more then China, the reason being, is education, economics plus social status has made us self regulating. China, would eventually become that, but that would take decades and China simply did not have that kind of time.





The one to watch out for is India, which has 1.1 billion people and growing at 5 times the rate of China. They have family planning in place, but it is voluntary. Obviously it is not working, one because they have vast numbers of poor and uneducated, second they have a huge disparity between social class and incomes, and third, religion his a lot to do with that. It is speculated that India would not welcome government controlled limitations on family size because of that.





Government control of family size in China is accepted by the people grudgingly. They absolutely realize that China had no choice and support government efforts, nevertheless, there are people who circumvent the law by hiding their children to paying the huge fines associated with that. That is why I believe the population is more then the official 1.3 billion figure.

No there is nothing like that in the works, unless she is pertaining to China, then yes they have a cap and application process for having kids.
She should go back on her medication. There's absolutely nothing in Obama's plans for anything like that.

Your American president is only fixing to change one part of the american constitution so you americans will have a hard job getting him out of seat. You should watch for signs like our former Australian Prime Minister John Howard did in outlawing semi-automatic weapons and more stringent gun laws. Only once he has taken the power to vote away from you like Adolf Hitler did, and then taken away any means to uprise will he be able to stop americans breeding. I think it would be something like killing the first born sons if he is to get America ready for jihad.
A couple of years ago this was suggested during the bush administration but it was never passed and I never heard anything about President Obama suggesting this but if he does I would support it as I did when President Bush suggested it.
