Is it true that Brain tissue cells have been found in the heart?

Would that mean that the heart has a brain of its own and is conscious in itself. Is it true that Brain tissue cells have been found in the heart?

it's really not a good thing to find tissue cells A in organ B...that's called ';cancer'; or more appropriately: metastases: cancer cells can break away, leak, or spill from a primary tumor, enter lymphatic and blood vessels, circulate through the bloodstream, and be deposited within normal tissue elsewhere in the body
No. Cardiac tissue makes up the heart. That is the only way it functions.
