Is it true that if you sleep in the afternoon you can't sleep again at night?

partly true ,Is it true that if you sleep in the afternoon you can't sleep again at night?
yes it is true ,





the reason being is that you , are napping ,


and the amount of time you , sleep , comes off the time


u sleep at night ,


it's all to do with ur body clock.





try not to nap in afternoon , t hen u will sleep alot better .

I sometimes have a nap in the afternoon and have no problem sleeping at night. I do have a medical condition where I get extremely tired, so I may be different to the majority of people.
It depends on the person and how much sleep you need.


If your body is tired, don't fight it.


If you aren't tired but still go to sleep, you are more likely to be awake in the night.

but alot of my family can sleep in the afternoon and then sleep perfectly normal at night, so it depends on what kinda person you are i suppose ^^
Lately i have had to have a nap on a afternoon has i have only been sleeping 5 hours.I am fighting to stay awake as it doe's stop me from sleeping on a night.
Sleeping in the afternoon can certainly disrupt your sleep cycle so that you don't feel that you can sleep at night. Try not to have long naps if you really need it.

P.S. Ladies, you should be sleeping 10 hours a night to stay at your most beautiful.
I know that when I sleep during the day, I have trouble trying to fall asleep during the night.
What an odd question! Many people take a nap in the afternoon.
I guess that depends on how tired you are, but chances are if you slept during the day you wouldn't feel as tired at night
