Is it true that Obama will give 800 billion dollars in aid to Kenya?

no it's not.

swoosh!

2 pts.

next smear tactic attempt....

and by the way. didn't our current prez just pledged millions and millions of dollars to africa? Is it true that Obama will give 800 billion dollars in aid to Kenya?
...and he will take 800 billion from you and me Taxpayer to fund it.Is it true that Obama will give 800 billion dollars in aid to Kenya?
Sue C, and the Emerald Knight. You are very ignorant. Don't you two know that reading is fundamental? You can read? Pick up a book or magazine. Watch CNN, Night line, CBS, Or Fox News. No, he didn't say that he will give 800 billion dollars in aid to Kenya. Grow up, go back to school, and catch up on your current events.
I really doubt it. your question made me laugh out loud.
HAHAHAH, like the U.S. has 800 BILLION
If you think he won't, think again!
Actually, I think he will give all of our money to Kenya.
If this is an example of a serious question then......well....God help you.
Not quite the story. He did sponsor the global anti poverty act that is senate bill 2433.

You should check it out and while you are checking, go to his Church's web site and read the ';about us'; section. From reading that it might be easy to assume that he would be inclined to favor helping African nations. This is something the U.S. already is doing and will continue to do. It is trinity church of Christ in Chicago, do a search and educate yourself.
800,000,000,000 $ Maybe you and Sue C, should get married but please refrain from having children. The country has enough idiots already. I suppose you know that already, considering you are one of them.
Obama is willing to spend any money we don't currently have.
No way. I think the only people who actually think anything like that will happen are a portion of Kenyans who are not informed about how the U.S. works and think he will be like a king (and maybe a few equally uninformed Americans)

The many educated Kenyans who are well read about international relations and economics have no such fantasies. Same is true for Americans. The truth is that Obama has proposed to increase total foreign aid spending to 50 billion by 2012.... so it is kind of hard to see how one does the math to get 800 to Kenya out of 50 total!
I don't know the number. But he wants to substantially increase foreign aid.

While I think it's important for America to help other countries and remain a respected world leader in the process. At this moment in time when our economy is the way it is - I think we should be focussing on ways to help versus finding news ways to lose money.
where did you hear such rubbish.
It might help us answer your question if you'd tell us where you heard this. I can't find anything in the news that says this is true.
I don't believe he has ever said that.
